We had a pleasant stay in May 2008.The room was nice ,but the bed was hard, in future i think a bedmadras on the top of the bed will be fine . Staff very courteous and helpful . I will recomend this Hotel to my friends .

I had a single room, which was pleasant, although the floorboards squeaked for England. My only real grip is that it was extremely hot and there was no fan or air conditioning, and I had to prop the window open with the china pot used for tea bags because the window would not stay up on its own! The location for my course was excellent.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful but our room - 412 - although very clean, was very small and claustrophobic. In addition, the shower was freezing and there were bits in the sink from the hot water tap; also, the water ran brown at first.

On the plus side, my husband had the breakfast and said it was excellent!

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice but small rooms with squeaky floors. Very nice breakfast.

What a find! I have just returned from spending 4 nights at this lovely hotel. On arrival I was assigned a pleasant, quiet and reasonably large room on the 1st floor, with a garden view. The staff were extrenely helpful and even arranged for me to share a taxi to the airport with 2 other guests in order to split costs. I will definitely stay here again.

Be careful with the room you are assigned! This hotel is truly wonderfulm but if you stay in one of the nice rooms. Upon arrival, we were assigned room 64, a room on the "lower ground floor" (the basement). Apart from the limited size and the not so nice view of the stairs, it was really cold and it is beside the storage room, so the noise is unbearable from before 7pm when breakfast time begins and the staff need to be going up and down the stairs. This should not be a guest room! We complained and were changed to room 101, which was beautiful, spacious and had a wonderful view. Highly recommended if you avoid the basement area!

Excellent place to stay in London and great value for money. Breakfast excellent. All that spoilt it was a bad experience in their evening restaurant and while I wouldn't use that again I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Stayed at hotel for 3 nights. I wished I stayed longer. Very kind and professional young staff. Excellent location. Clean and warm rooms and wonderful bathroom with tub. I arrived hours before check-in but the room was already ready for me. Delicious breakfast and overall, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Will definitely come back.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff is top-notch, very friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable, although as noted elsewhere on this page, the floors squeak a bit when you walk around. But the hotel overall is quiet and very convenient to the Earl's Court tube. Also many stores, shops and resturants close at hand. A good choice and I'd stay there again.

Hassle free hotel, well placed for transport. Good rooms. I have stayed several times for business. Great breakfast which is better than many 4* places. Pleasant staff. Only minor downer is floorboards squeak!

We had a pleasant stay in November 2001. The triple room is small but sufficient for three adults. Staff is extremely courteous. Breakfast is very good.

I spent two nights there in late April 1998 (my first trip to London) and enjoyed my stay very much. It was an early morning arrival but nevertheless the room was ready for me even though it was several hours prior to the official check-in time. I would like to stay there again.

I had a pleasant small double room but they did spoil things by giving me the wrong room number and key in the beginning.
