| good value foir money....nice clean room and good service.... stay here on a regular basis...other hotels of similar prices in the Bayswater location are not as pleasant as this hotel to stay in.... |

| Very clean and helpful. Great bathroom with tiles. Breakfast was good and included! I got access of my room on arrival at 10 am. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, and close to the tube. I will definately stay there again if I go to London. | |

| Clean hotel with good decor. Staff were polite and seemed efficient. Continental breakfast is average. Biggest problem was that the single room I had was the smallest room I have ever seen, with width exactly the length of a bed. Also very small bathroom. However, excellent location, very close to Bayeswater tube, and a good price for somewhere to sleep. | |

| Nice hotel, it is clean and near to undergroud station. There are a lot of resturants and shops near the hotel. However, the breakfast does not has many kinds of food. | |

| we had a triple 1 bed up a small stairs and 2 down- in same room! which suited us prefectly. very near Whitleys shopping centre/cinema.felt safe in this area when accessing cinema and resturants | |

| Decided to stay at this hotel as we needed to be near paddington. The hotel deserves all the good comments it has received. The room was clean and the decor was good. The bathroom was spacious, we had a triple room. The bathroom was also clean and lots of towels. We will be staying several times as I have to go up to london for a course and we will not risk staying anywhere else. i would recommend this hotel. | |

| This is an excellently situated great value hotel, with good standards and helpful when you ask. On two visits I have found the atmosphere touristy which I prefer rather than business. I shall go back again. | |

| Great hotel and very good value for money! Spacious rooms, tea and coffee making facilities. Very friendly staff and good location. I would reccomend this to anyone. One of the better hotels in Bayswater for this price range. | |

| Lovely hotel. Excellent location and value for money! Rooms, bedding, towels and bathrooms very clean. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful however restaurant staff not so - but hey who is in the morning? Would definitely recommend and go back. (Handy hint - if you can't find the tea/coffee making facilities in your room - look in the wardrobe.) | |

| Very Nice hotel. We booked two rooms for 5 nights, one double one twin but the first night we were given a really small double room which was only suitable as a single. We were moved straight away next morning though after complaining. Staff very friendly, rooms very clean and nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Brilliant location. | |

| Good value. Staff very accommodating. Very clean, and bathrooms seemed to be modern. Single room is small in comparison to North American hotels, but if you're only looking for a place to sleep and shower it is perfectly fine. Great location near Bayswater tube station and Whitelys shopping complex as well as dozens of ethnically diverse restaurants. Would recommend you ask for a room at the back of the hotel or back-ground floor as noise from late night revelers may keep you awake. Would definitely stay there again especially if travelling solo. | |

| The only complaint was that there were loud thumping sounds(our room was on the 4th floor) which was caused by the water pump in the roof.The noise stopped after midnight.Continental breakfast was good and the location is excellent. |

| Nice hotel - very clean, working lift, and in a great location. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Single room is somewhat small but more than adequate. Tube station, buses, mall and a comfortable pub are nearby. Would stay there again. | |
