| Great location between Paddington station and Lancaster Gate underground. Close to Hyde Park for very relaxing walks. Friendly and helpful staff in the hotel. We booked a deluxe room which was very comfortable, although quite small. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Would recommend this as a reasonably priced and comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. |

| First stay was ok but room was very small but nicely renovated.A week later we returned to be given a very inferior room-no fridge,in the basement ,near to kitchen,and with flood light shining in our window.After several attempts the staff found us a better room for the remaining 2 nights.Staff were good but this hotel has varied room types that are definitely not all 4 star. |

| Everything clean, everyone very kind. Rooms and bedrooms too small. Something at the breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon) is always cold. |

| Very small rooms and very noisy, I cut my stay short and moved out. Location is good and staff are good. |

| There was no elevator up to my third floor room, which made carrying luggage very difficult. The location was great, however. Room was VERY small, though, for the price. |

| clean,comfortable and friendly hotel.keep well away from twin room 419 next to lift shaft the whole room shakes when lift is in motion |

| What a lovely hotel full of very heplful and polite staff.Stayed in a club room which was amazing,the bed was huge and the room and bathroom couldnt be faulted at all.Have already booked another stay in this hotel and will always use this one now.Very clean and well priced. |

| A great hotel for a short stay over in London. The rooms are quite small, but everything is clean and the staff are friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would go again, as it is one of very few reasonably priced hotels in the city. |

| We stayed in a suite which was clean and comfortable although a little smaller than I thought it would be. Very pleased with the air conditioning on the hottest day of the year!!. |

| Pleasant 3-star hotel conveniently close to Paddington station and a short stroll from Hyde Park. I stayed in a single ensuite room which, although tiny, was clean, airy and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in London, if you're after something comfortable and reasonably priced. |
