| Ideal location if visiting earls court, very clean.The receptionist very miserable looking not very helpful,she didnt smile once whilst checking us in.We would stay again,hopefully it will be her day off. |

| After reading some of these comments, I tried to book elsewhere! Glad I didn't as this hotel is in a great position, room and facilities were fine although very small. There must have been great efforts made to improve staff attitude as they were all very friendly and welcoming. A questionnaire in the room also pointed towards this. For a short break this hotel would be fine although the size may be more of an issue for a longer stay. |

good value for what was required cheap compaired with others clean and tidy bit disappointed with parking at £25 a day which was only on street parking and not secure very handy for earl court tube station/earls court

| Booked a Triple room for my wife and son and 12 month old daughter. She was to stay in a carrycot. The room was tiny(15'x9') and about 28c! The toilet was, as another reviewer said, so small that I could have a No2 and not have room to read the paper without opening the door. Staff were only ok and made me feel as if I was a hindrance to their life. They seemed too desperate to take my money for everything. Breakfast was fair but for the money I paid, I would expect better. Overall, it is a budget 2* but it must have just scraped in at that.On a plus side, the bar was reasonable and it was clean. Thanks but no thanks! |

| Stayed for the third time in eighteen months.Rooms ,whilst small,are clean and well equipped for the price.Ours was refurbished(4thfloor) but has a lift.Will stay again. |

| The room was small and very hot. I don't think the man at the reception has never smile in his life but it was still good value for money. |

| very, very small rooms, windows barred, poor breakfast, hotel and rooms very hot all day, friendliness of staff just okay but could be better. not to be recommended |

| what a shame! disgusting! too small too dirty, too everything and i'm still waiting to get my money back from them. The money they took from my visa last january |

| Maybe it's better to remove the pics from the rooms from the site, the room was not as big as shown on the photo, no, it was very small, too small for a twinroom, also the bathroom was very small, whille sitting on the toilet I could wash my hair in the sink and wash my feet in the shower. Female staff was not friendly. I won't go to this hotel anymore. |
