I have to say I was very disappointed with this hotel. We were accommodated in a basement, with limited light. Also, there was no warm water in the shower (the thermoregulation did not work). This was not dealt with, despite our complaint. I was also surprised that full payment is requested upon arrival, without the possibility to inspect the room first. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again and try to find a different hotel in the area

The hotel is nearer to Paddington tube than Lancaster Gate. It is also a lot nearer to 3-star than 3.5 stars in my opinion. The free wireless Internet is a real boon, but the rack rate for this hotel is WAY over the odds...

I booked a Deluxe single room for 3 nights in October 2007, not very good, it was a very small room, small bed, no A/C, safe didnīt work, almost no space where to put your clothes, no space for suitcases, good location thou, nice restaurants nearby. Next time I would try to get another hotel in the area.
