| Pros: Excellent staff, very clean rooms and toilets, good location, good rates from www.hotels-london.co.uk and access to the internet. Cons: Tiny rooms, lack of mobile signal, poor tv reception with limited choice |

| I booked this hotel for my parents. It was a bit of a disaster. The room they were in was tiny and they could not open the window as it had been painted shut on the outside! Also, the bed leant to one side and was minute for two people. Breakfast was apparently very good and staff were friendly but I would not send them back there. |

| Very clean and convenivently located hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room was very small (even by London standards). Although I paid a good rate, I would have expected something larger. | |

| One word.....poor. We were due to stay for 5 nights in their 'superior' clubroom (under their 5 for 4 night offer) the price guarantee was then disputed when we arrived. The room was so small, the foot of the bed was against the opposite wall. Very stuffy room, noisy neighbours, TV reception appalling, no club lounge (although it was advertised as having one). After 1 night we asked to be moved to another hotel, which they agreed to do. We were moved to the Shaftesbury, Kensington. Rating 3/10!!! Luke warm breakfasts, No hotel movie channel/Radio (yes, each day we were told it would be fixed...... was it after 4 days..... NO! Will we stay in the 'Shaftesbury' chain of hotels again.....NO! |
