| In terms of convenience and facilities Umi in Leinster Square deserves its three-star rating. We had a litle more space than at the last hotel we stayed at, ground coffee in the tea tray, convenient soap cream dispensers, newspapers and magazines in the foyer and a pleasantly furnished breakfast area. | |

| Reception was fantastic. Room was quiet and had a nice view. Only thing I really missed was a bar for an evening snack/drink, rather than having to go to a restaurant. | |

| Very clean, central, warming. The rooms are not big at all, but the ratio quality-price are rather acceptable. | |

| Rooms a bit small - OK if you organise who needs to be where, when. Although I made a pre-booking request for soft pillows I was told on arrival that this was not possible. Overall friendliness and cleanliness mean that we still rate it 8 out of ten! |

| Squeaky floorboards of rooms above really quite loud and annoying. (Would not choose again because of this.) Room and Bathroom small but clean and everything worked. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. Location great, lots of spaces to eat out around. | |

| Have stayed at this hotel several times and can highly recommend it. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms always spotless and comfortable. Great value. | |

| I found Umi online while booking a long weekend in London with 2 friends. We were traveling to visit our friend whoÕs studying abroad there for the semester. We stayed in a big room with 3 single beds, a spacious bathroom, and plasma T.V. The continental breakfast every morning was delicious and the wait staff was pleasant and punctual. The concierge helped us plan our days so that we could see and do as much as possible without spending too much money, which is a challenge in a city as pricey as London. Also, the Notting Hill area is a superb location. Overall, we were very happy and impressed with Umi. We had a great time in London and the hotel is always an important part of the experience! | |

| Stayed at end of June 2007. Very clean single room that I could move around in, everything worked, nice view of the square's gardens. Good helpful staff. Fair trek to the nearest tube but not too bad. Breakfast OK but not worth bothering about, just went to a decent cafe nearby. Overall not bad would stay again. | |

| This hotel was really good, clean, staff are friendly, continental breakfast is great. i would definaitly recommend it and bayswater is lovely, the hotel is not far from the tube at all and there are so many nice restaraunts.if i ever go to london again i will definaitly be staying here again.top class. | |

| It is not the first time i am staying in this hotel an not the last time we have always had a good room and good sevice and the breakfast realy good. I would recommend this Hotel and i gone be bak be sure of that. | |

| Our room was on the fifth floor, the lift only goes to the fourth floor! But, in spite of this, the room was very clean and comfortable, very nice staff, and close to everything. For the cost an outstanding place to stay. We will definitely stay there again. | |

| Very small triple room, it was a double room with a extra bed shoved in. Bathroom was max 2m2, including the tiny (malfunctioning) shower. At night the wooden ceilings above the rooms are rather noisy. No streaming cold water, just hot. Very clean hotel, really great breakfast, good location. |

| We just returned from London. The area is great, fairly quiet, lots of shops and restaurants around and Whiteley Mall just a couple of minutes away. The hotel is decent and clean. However, the rooms are not very large and the appliances are quite outdates. Our sink was completely plugged up, the faucet did not properly mix the hot and cold water and the toilet's flushing system is one I have not seen in 20 years! Overall a good pick at a reasonable rate (for London that is) |

| Although the rooms are small than what we are used to in the states, they are spotless and neat as a pin. The staff and 'breakfast crew" are above average. They are friendly, helpful and courteous. The area is Bayswater and a short walk to nice resturants or the tube. Attention is paid to every detail and my traveling mates plan to stay again next year.....Jenn Short USA | |

Hotel registration on arival was very efficient. We found the hotel to be well located. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, warm and inviting. the staff were helpful and friendly. We particularly appreciated the luggage storage facility on the day of our departure. |
